Logan Wilkins has over 25 years of software development and information security experience. He has worked in academic, research, and corporate settings, specializing in DevSecOps management, data science, and information security. In his current role, Logan currently manages Cisco's CSIRT Engineering Delivery team, which is responsible for Security Monitoring and Incident Response systems development, CI/CD processes, and Data Management. Logan is Co-chair of the FIRST Metrics Special Interest Group (SIG).

Daniela Ruiz is Director for cybersecurity and arms control, at the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She is in charge of follow-up United Nations and other international negotiations and processes on cybersecurity, cybercrime, control and transfers of conventional firearms. 

Graduated in Law, I entered the National Academy of National Police in September 2010, since 2014 I have been assigned to the Central Unit of Cybercrime, firstly as an Inspector investigator in the Group of fraud in electronic commerce and since 2015 as Group Head of the Anti-Piracy Group of the same Unit, which was specialized in the investigation of crimes against intellectual and industrial property on the Internet, which for a year has specialized in the investigation of crypto-assets.

Daniela co-leads GPD’s engagement and advocacy work across GPD’s policy areas, overseeing national engagement within GPD’s programmatic portfolio in over 20 countries.

She previously served as Advisory Board member and is currently Co-Chair of the Task Force on Strategies and Assessments at the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise.

Mr. Angus Smith is the Manager of the Trinidad and Tobago Cyber Security Incident Response Team (TT-CSIRT) under the Ministry of National Security for the past seven (7) years. He has implemented the TT-CSIRT and is currently leading various national cyber security initiatives. He has a wealth of ICT and Cyber Security experience, in areas of incident response, strategy, policy and csirt operations.

Engineer with experience in audits, processes and teaching in government entities and in the private business sector. I have excelled in the design and implementation of methodologies for Security Incident Response Centers (CSIRT) and Security Operations Centers (SOCs), with emphasis on the training of technical teams for the detection and recovery of security incidents.

In my current position as Head of Automation and Processes in BeDisruptive's MSSP security operation, I optimize through global operations through orchestrations focusing my work on ensuring efficiency and security through the implementation of automated processes, reflecting my passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the field of cybersecurity.

My name is Blanca Azahara Arnaez Cívico, I am a criminologist, security manager, private detective and network computer systems administrator. I have been working for 7 years in the cybersecurity sector, previously I have worked in S21sec and Indra as a cyberintelligence consultant. Currently I am Leader of Osint and Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist at Santander Bank.

Prosecutor since 2004, stationed in Girona until 2006, in Terrassa until 2009 and, since then until now, in the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Barcelona. In this Prosecutor's Office he has been Delegate of Computer Crime since May 2010 and Head of the Information System of the Public Prosecutor's Office since November of the same year. Director of continuous training activities for Prosecutors at the Center for Legal Studies, as well as speaker at training sessions of the Prosecutor's Office, the Judicial School, State Security Forces and Corps and Universities, almost always in relation to the investigation and prosecution of cybercrime.
