nfc: Fix potential resource leaks<br />
<br />
nfc_get_device() take reference for the device, add missing<br />
nfc_put_device() to release it when not need anymore.<br />
Also fix the style warnning by use error EOPNOTSUPP instead of<br />
ENOTSUPP.
