net/x25: Fix overflow when accumulating packets<br />
<br />
Add a check to ensure that `x25_sock.fraglen` does not overflow.<br />
<br />
The `fraglen` also needs to be resetted when purging `fragment_queue` in<br />
`x25_clear_queues()`.
