During this call we counted with the participation of 57 projects, of which the 30 best were selected, according to the criteria of the bases of the contest. The presentation of the projects took place in the edition of 10ENISE that was celebrated in León, on October 18, 2016.
From here, a virtual and intensive incubation process was initiated during six weeks where subjects such as:
- Validation of the business model: Reflection on the key aspects of the business, describing how the opportunity creates, delivers and captures value. Approach to Business Model Canvas and Lean Start-Up methodologies, agile methodologies that guarantee a systematic work.
- Development of Clients: Know who are our real customers, their dimension and what will move them to buy our product. Contrast the idea and product with the market (experts and potential customers) to define an optimal value proposal and speed up the times of arrival at the customer, reducing the product sales cycle (time-to-market).
- Communication and Solvency Plan: Orient the entrepreneur on how to give a solvent image of the company to customers and / or potential investors. Learn how to design a communication strategy and a plan to attract partners, collaborators and partners. Work on the key elements in order to make a good Elevator Pitch.
- Keys to access to Financing Sources: Validate the investment needs and know the keys to access to public and private financing in Spain and abroad as sources of growth.
Finally, the projects drew up a final report which was evaluated by a team of experts in order to name the 10 finalist projects. These projects competed for the final prizes of the competition, pitching in Google Campus Madrid before experts and investors on 17 January 2017.
